CASE STUDY 11

West Adams Bungalow

WHOLE HOME ORGANIZATION
HOME REMODEL
INTERIOR DESIGN

The Brief

Kaitlyn and Andrew came to us with an exciting project: they wanted to update the furniture in their living room and dining room, and fully renovate their bathroom. We dove into the project with them, designing a bigger bathroom with a soaking tub, and re-envisioning their living space to make it feel more personal and comfortable. Lastly, we organized every square inch of the house to make it all flow and function perfectly together.

Home Organization:

  • Full-home decluttering

  • Designed and implemented a custom shallow TV console

  • Designed and implemented a custom pantry with pull-out drawers

  • Added organizing solutions to closets, kitchen, bathrooms, consoles, and more

Interior Design + Remodel:

  • Design direction & concept development

  • Material, fixture & furniture selection

  • Renovation planning & contractor oversight

  • Styling & final reveal

Before

Drawing Board

Here are our early mood boards for the living and dining spaces. Many of the pieces made the cut, but some compromises had to be made for more cat friendly choices, plus we incorporated the owner’s artwork and sentimental pieces.

The “before” pantry was a wobbly Ikea shelf. We hired a carpenter to build a better pantry with pull-out drawers and cabinet doors.

This rendering and moodboard for the bathroom helped our clients envision what a green, spa-like space could feel like in their home.

After

What started as a dark, cramped space with a sad little shower got a serious upgrade. By stealing some square footage from an underused hallway, we created a full 8' x 5' bathroom complete with a spacious tub and new vanity. The result? A bright, cohesive space that actually fits their style.

“We could not be happier with the final product and we always say they made our home feel more like us, what could be better? The team had excellent communication skills throughout the entire project…they were truly a joy to work with and so fun that we were sad to see them leave. If you want not only a designed/organized home, but want to collaborate with some of the coolest people around, Space Camp is it. Make your home feel more like you.”
